We know that when you first discover Mister Bitten, you might have a few questions: how to prepare our products, where to find them, how to keep that delicious flavor at its best… That’s why we’ve put together the most common answers right here, so you can enjoy our snacks stress-free and full of flavor.
Mister Bitten products are shipped with dry ice. Once your order arrives, please transfer your Products your freezer.
Orders usually ship the next day and arrive within 2 days of shipping. Primary
Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Product ships frozen in an insulated cooler with dry ice (and box can be recycled!). Orders usually ship the next day and arrive within 2 days of shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking
number.
We accept payments from PayPal, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.
